Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I highly recommend Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care

I cant' say enough good things about this place. Needed to get in quickly as I am due to leave the county tomorrow for two weeks. I'd never been here before but they were showing same day appointments so I thought I'd give it a go. Very easy and slick, modern sign-up experience via mobile (far superior to legacy providers). Got an appointment for an less than an hour after I signed up. At the place, both the receptionist and the PA-C (Kayla) who saw me were super-friendly and extremely helpful. The facility is modern and clean. The exam was thorough and all my questions were answered. The procedures were very well explained, as were the costs (very transparent - first provider I've been to who could easily and quickly tell me my out of pocket costs based on my insurance). They even had the medication I needed right there in stock at a reasonable price so I didn't need to stop at the pharmacy. This is the best kept secret in Woodinville for healthcare right now. They didn't seem busy at all, which I hope is not a sign they aren't doing well. Give them a try!

Not real impressed with the PA Lily but everything else was fantastic. Won’t be going back to this particular urgent care.

Everyone was fantastic. All the children's urgent cares were full so we took my son in for a persistent fever on advice of our pediatrician. We were in and out in 20 minutes and felt like we got excellent care.

Scheduling was easy and the place is very clean and nice, the staff are amazing and my doctor actually cares.

I started my day with swelling and severe pain on my knee. I tried to tuff it out but it was getting worse. Seeking urgent care , I called my doctors office and they got me in even though they were fully booked . I appreciated their prompt urgent care ,professionalism and very friendly staff. I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Excellent customer service. Knowledgeably answered all questions. Appointment and billing were fast. Testing next day was on time and professional. Results available within 24 hours. Highly recommend.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
