No X-ray and that is why I went. The doctor and staff were lovely and so is the facility but you advertise x-ray and there was none.

I did not have an appointment. I walked in before 8 PM. They were very attending to me.  I was in pain and they made me feel very comfortable. I didn’t have to wait long before they took care of me, I would definitely recommend Spotswood urgent care

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

My work required me to update my ppd test and I got it done same day booking for one of several same day appointments and done immediately with a few minutes of checking in at the clinic.

An excellent visit, but what impressed me the most was the professionalism of medical staff. The blood test was done accurately with very little pain. Last time I had a blood test (another place), they couldn't find a vein (and blamed me), then they jabbed me many times. I had big bruises and pain for months. What a difference going somewhere they know what they're doing

My first time in this facility and the staff was very welcoming. The NP was incredibly caring and helpful.
