I like how convenient and friendly each provider I’ve seen at this urgent care is. However I wish staff was significantly clearer about the medication they prescribe. I wish they spoke about dosing and how to take medications, and especially side effects. Sometimes I leave not understanding exactly what medication I’ve even been given. Twice now I’ve been prescribed meds with pretty serious side effects that the doctors didn’t alert me to. The providers ask a lot of good questions and have good bedside care but multiple times gloss over the end of the appointment when they tell me what they’re giving me, how I should take it, and how it might make me feel. With this last appointment I’m glad I went but I’m questioning going back or recommending this location after this last medication experience. I will advocate for myself and ask more questions in the future but I feel like a prescriber should properly inform their patients during the appointment.

Made an 8 am appt. Everything went smoothly. All questions were answered PA and staff on duty was very courteous. Good experience at this location.

I was able to schedule an appointment for the same day.  Very clean, customer service was exceptional and no wait time. The doctor was informative and answered all questions. I will definitely be going back

From the front office staff, the nurse, and the Nurse Practitioner, I have the utmost respect, and am grateful for you. Had a bad cold body aches fever high blood pressure chest pain the nurse was very attentive but when it came to the doctor he didn’t even check my chest the only thing he checked was my throat which that was not a problem and he checked my ears that’s he wasn’t in the roo not ieven a minute ! Very disappointed
