The entire experience was excellent and the kind of service that I am accustomed to receiving from summit health! I was able to make an appointment and reschedule! A young man checked us in and the young lady also working were both kind, friendly and patient. Leslie the nurse had a great disposition and made my son feel very comfortable. She had a great disposition and knowledgeable. Carly Zingon NP was very thorough and really took the tilme to gather information and understand my sons symptoms. And because the radiology dept. was closed she sent up to New Rochelle and made sure they were expecting us! The staff there were efficient and excellent as well, including the radiology dept.  Before we arrived home Carly called us snd took the time to provide the results, guidance, support and advice!

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. Today I needed to see a doctor,  and it was easy to make an appointment the same day. When I arrived the check-in was quick . The medical staff were friendly and caring . The doctor  was excellent, very professional, she explained to me what I had, gave me information, and she answered  all my questions. I’m very happy with the doctor‘s care.
