Easy Checking In, Friendly Staff, little to no waiting time. Love the apps too, you can see how many is ahead of you aka “waitlist” love the experience. Definitely will come again when there’s urgent care needed.

Will not write about my experience other than the fact that the receptionist  young lady that checked me in and took my vitals was excellent. Do not want to share what followed.

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

Interaction with the staff and Doctor was wonderful….. very professional, caring and thorough!!! Thank you!!!

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

My work required me to update my ppd test and I got it done same day booking for one of several same day appointments and done immediately with a few minutes of checking in at the clinic.

Woke up with itchy swollen watery eyes. Booked an appointment with same day availability. The receptionist nurse and doctor were all so friendly and attentive. I was in and out, problem resolved within a matter of minutes! Will definitely be my go to!

Always professional. I would choose this location over others.

Love the availability of this urgent care, your staff is always friendly and to the point, asks thorough questions, answers any questions I might have. My favorite urgent care in the area :-)

All staff except for the provider were exceptional. Provider kept going on about his 55 years of experience therefore he knew better. But outside of what it must be, he could not offer any helpful advice or guidance or answer any of my other questions to save his life. I thought AFC was supposed to be about customer satisfaction… bedside manner left much to be desired here.

Staff was amazing - Dr Megan was especially phenomenal and extremely helpful / caring. I wish I could plan my sporadic urgent care visits around her schedule!

Wonderful The front desk overworked but still excellent in everway.

Front staff was pleasant and Dr..Christina was attentive to my needs and provided me the medicine I needed. She has a very calm and pleasant presence.
