Check in went smoothly. Wait was short. Initially intake with the nurse was easy. Exam by doctor went well. I felt comfortable with everyone and was happy with the care I received.

Staff was amazing - Dr Megan was especially phenomenal and extremely helpful / caring. I wish I could plan my sporadic urgent care visits around her schedule!

Didn’t make an appointment but it was smooth and simple to get in line and take care of paperwork. Very good experience that I can simply walk in and get answers while also feeling terribly sick.

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

Had a bad cold body aches fever high blood pressure chest pain the nurse was very attentive but when it came to the doctor he didn’t even check my chest the only thing he checked was my throat which that was not a problem and he checked my ears that’s he wasn’t in the roo not ieven a minute ! Very disappointed
