Scheduling was great. The PA I saw is amazing she is always so helpful. The wait time was ridiculous tho. Waited over an hour for my appointment and to be seen. But after that was given time with the staff.

I wanted to stop in to get tested for GP, I was able to walk in and be seen. I didn't wait long which was a plus. The MA was a male, I dont see much male MA, I too am a MA. He seemed as if he was new to being an MA. So I asked he said he's been doing it for some years. He put the tourniquet on used a straight needle & couldn't draw the blood so he switched to a butterfly which I advised he use the first time. He dropped the closed needle on the ground picked it up because it was still cased & proceeded to use it. & left the tourniquet on my arm for more than a minute. I released it, he asked why did I do that, so I told him that its not supposed to be on my arm that long, it can mess up the results of the blood test causing hemoconcentration, give me nerve damage & brushing. He said he appreciates it he was taught a different way & I should allow him to do his job. I apologize if I made him feel uneasy but I wouldn't allow him to do it wrong with me.

The staff, from person at the check in, to the nurse practitioner, to the doctor we are kind and attentive. I never felt rushed or brushed off. I was attended to in a timely manner, and out as soon as possible. I observed them treating all the other people who were before and after me with the same respect, kindness, and swift attention.
