I was attended to in a timely manner, and out as soon as possible. I observed them treating all the other people who were before and after me with the same respect, kindness, and swift attention. Pretty simple basically. I walked in, checked in, sat down 5 minutes, got called back. Saw the doctor had an x-ray and I was out within a half hour. Staff for very comfortable and efficient as well as the doctor.

Overall experience went very well.  PA very friendly gentle and seemed experienced. Check in on line was convenient and saved time. Front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful.  Appreciate there are still remaining people working in the medical field who very much care and feel blessed to have their jobs.  Thank you will be recommending this facility and will return in need!

I hate doctors!!!  But this was the best experience ever.  Major infection from poison ivy and an insane and painful full body rash.  The staff and Dr. were great and exceeded my expectations.  I got information and the meds needed to recover (soon hopefully). Also picked up some referrals. A big thank you to this Doc and his crew.  Five Stars!

Urgent Care on Ridgedale was very good able to get chest xray read by a radiologist and antibiotics proscribed . Dr on call could not have been nicer or more  thorough . Thank you .

I had a low grade fever and fatigue over the weekend and walked in on Monday. Waited maybe 5 minutes. Staff was attentive, ran some tests, did a chest x-ray and concluded I had some viral infection. Wrote me an Rx for conjunctivitis, but just told me to rest and drink plenty of fluids, take Ibuprofen every 4 hours, which I have been doing. As of Wednesday morning I still have the chills and fever, so I wish they would have given me a Z pack. I will see how today goes but may need to come back.
