Scheduling was very easy and check in was a breeze, a person like me from NYthat is accustomed to being seen on time and that is what I got on my time schedule, I did not sit in the exam room for long only minutes when the doctor came in. The doctor was very focused on my symptoms of why I came here, she gave me clear and full instructions on what to take and how. I am happy that I can feel comfortable coming here from being with one doctor for 18 years Let me not leave the staff and manager out very pleasant and the place was very clean.

The staff, from person at the check in, to the nurse practitioner, to the doctor we are kind and attentive. I never felt rushed or brushed off. I was attended to in a timely manner, and out as soon as possible. I observed them treating all the other people who were before and after me with the same respect, kindness, and swift attention. Follow up from last week. Cold symptoms. Became sinus infection. Dr Wolfson is the best. Her and the complete staff is the best. Outstanding customer care across the board.

I was able to easily schedule an appointment online on the day I needed to see a doctor. I was in and out of the Dr’s office in literally 20 minutes with a prescription sent to my pharmacy right away! Twenty four hours later and I’m feeling so much better! Highly recommend!

Didn’t make an appointment but it was smooth and simple to get in line and take care of paperwork. Very good experience that I can simply walk in and get answers while also feeling terribly sick.

Dr. Laddis is the man. We also see him for urgi care matters regarding my daughter and she absolutely adores him. In my opinion, kids have the best gage for good people and Dr Laddis is definitely one of them. We love the entire staff and ALWAYS appreciate you guys ❤️

I was a walk-in and a new patient so my wait time was mainly filling out the online registration. Once that was done, the wait time was brief. An assistant checked my vitals. The blood pressure unit was new and electronic. Many doctors still have old manual versions. The facility was one of the nicest, cleanest and modern that I've seen. The doctor was very approachable and listened well. My diagnosis was relatively simple but I wanted to check that nothing else was going on and she gave me good information. I will be using them again.

I walked in today and had to wait over an hour but expected.
