Doctor Abdelbkais was extremely attentive and generous. Front desk was pretty good. The only thing the MA gave false readings on my vitals, the pulse ox never read, but she said she seen numbers. Other than that visit was good.

Had to call your 24hr location 3x to get my Rx sent to CVS?

Made an appointment and checked in on line. Got there and was seen immediately.

The doc wrote a scrip, sent it to pharmacy... they didn't have it so it was a runaround getting it. The place that had it was not covered by my insurance so I had to pay cash. It would have been much better if the doc checked to see if they had it... and or accepted my insurance. As it was, it was a big hassle and expensive to get meds.

The receptionist and the PA on duty for the day were awesome. The check in process was effortless and I was seen very quickly. The attention to detail referenced my visit and the care provided. I am visiting relatives from out of state and was welcomed with a smile and staff resolved my issues quickly. Cleanliness of the facility, everything had its place and staff worked well together. Tuesday I woke with a whole body rash and swollen fore arms from 2 yellow jacket bees while I was weeding. I called the walking clinic for an appointment but was told just come in. I was taken promptly and treated very well by the staff . The woman Dr. was very personable and treated my symptoms.  If I have a health condition I will gladly visit this clinic again.

The nurse practitioner’s & staff are all so nice &’d kind! This is the only urgent care that I go to.

Went in for a recheck of a pneumonia diagnosis last week.  Made an appointment easily.  Did not wait long to get in once I arrived.  Got very good care.
