The fact that this Henry Ford facility has access to your My Chart on the Epic system made the transition to a new facility easy. A very nice building and an convenient location. Staff was friendly and professional. The Nurse Practitioner I saw knew exactly what was going on with my condition and friendly. I would definitely recommend Henry Ford Go Health Urgent Care.

I was the first patient when they opened. Forms were filled out and I seen the doctor and was out in 15 minutes. My medication script was cent to cvs before they opened. I would highly recommend this provider and won’t think twice about returning….but hopefully I won’t have too!
