I was treated very nicely but condition did not improve after trying what was suggested so ended up at hospital Tuesday PM. I was treated at Peconic Bay Hospital and if you want to see what was really wrong you can look at my records there. I don't know how to rate quality of care at your place?

Staff was exceptional, and professional. From the Medical Assistant to the Primary Care Physician all took the time to listen and address my concerns. I would definitely recommend this facility.

The entire staff was friendly, especially the receptionist. She made my experience move smoothly by explaining the process/next steps before I was taken to the exam room. She is an excellent team player!

Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

Nice people - took good care of us and provided treatment and then prescriptions for the required meds. So glad they exist !!! Thank you

I had to visit the clinic on a Sunday morning and received very friendly and compassionate care from all of the staff, especially Jessica Paulson P.A. There was very little wait time and I felt as though everyone genuinely cared for my wellbeing. Would recommend to anyone needing urgent care services.
