I was looking for a Covid test and this place has it their staff was so nice and friendly

Nurse Practitioner and her assistant were courteous and paid attention to my symptoms. I have been at the New Rochelle urgent care before and satisfied enough for a return visit.

Dr various was fantastic. Patient answering my questions and made sure I was able to navigate with crutches.

I went through the walk in. It was very easy. I was in and out of there within maybe 20 minutes. I was ordered medication and hopefully I’ll be feeling much better in a couple of days! I would definitely recommend their services.

Nice people - took good care of us and provided treatment and then prescriptions for the required meds. So glad they exist !!! Thank you

Everyone I encountered was very pleasant and helpful.  It was easy to make the appointment and there was barely a wait.

The doctor and the girls in the office were absolutely wonderful and they made a crappy situation much easier to deal with. I would recommend all 3 of them ten times over.

I am so very pleased with the level of care from reception, incoming nurse, nurse practitioner and x-ray tech. They were all kind and understanding to a very sick senior citizen. I am blessed to have such high quality Urgent Care in Smithtown. Thank you all.

i was a walk in feeling absolutely worst than sick, i filled out some information through the qr code until it was my time to be called into the room & once in the room i had to wait a long time, we were warned that the doc does take her time but it was all confirmed and brought to our attention that she does this to get more information and learn more about you and figure out what's genuinely going on. once she was in there she was determined to find out what was wrong with me, she tested me for more than 3 things and they all come out negative thankfully but she really showed that she was passionate not just about her job but about helping us and i would wait once more to have her help again .. all the other girls were amazing as well .. they all were respectful, kind, supportive and had a sense of humor which felt comfortable to be in a room with them while obviously going through a sickness. i would recommend this place to everyone, all you need is a little patience and they WILL do you justice, life is difficult & to short to be stubborn all the time, give people a chance.

Book on line process requires getting out your wallet to take photos of your Insurance card and your ID, front and back… That’s annoying also required every visit..

Professional and efficient staff.  I had been bitten by a tick, and they got me a prescription for antibiotics quickly. They were all very nice to me. I would definitely recommend them.

I appreciated everything that was done. It took awhile for x-ray results but it was not due to Urgent Care but Milford Diagnostics failed to send them.

I am from out of town and was up all night with an earache.  The staff was so helpful and worked we me to find a local pharmacy.  Provider was great.  Knowledgeable and pleasant demeanor.
