Armando demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and empathy throughout the process. His skill in using the EKG machine and drawing blood was notable, performing both procedures with such precision and care that my mother felt entirely at ease and secure throughout the process. His ability to communicate clearly and explain each step of the procedure, his patience, and his dedication to my mother's comfort were truly impressive. In addition, I'd like to highlight the overall care we received at the urgent care unit. The team was efficient, compassionate, and highly professional. We felt supported and cared for throughout our stay, which is testament to the culture of excellence they have cultivated at the clinic. I wish to thank Armando and the entire team at American Family Care Urgent Care for their commitment to high-quality healthcare and for their dedication to patients' comfort and wellbeing. I had been having trouble with Allergies and came for the first time to AFC URGENT CARE, and was very Happy with the care and the follow up!  The check-in was super easy and the visit was scheduled immediately! GREAT JOB everyone! 👍😁 I recommend them

I got covid for the first time. Office staff, manager and N.P. were all so Profesional and polite. You won't be disappointed with NextCare

It was fast and Monique was friendly and gentle with our sleeping baby. If I need further testing I'd go back to the highlands afc urgent clinic

This is the best urgent care I've ever been to the people were very friendly. The doctor was great and very thorough. I usually have anxiety when I go to a new place for the first time, but I felt no anxiety this time because they were so friendly and didn't even cross my mind. I will most definitely recommend this place to anybody great place.

All went quick and easy. Fast scheduling, close to home, very kind and informative staff.

Walked in. Immediately greeted. Friendly help with checking in. Seen immediately. Nurse, reception guy, and PA were so friendly and helpful. Even the cleaning lady greeted me. PA listened and was thorough. Perfect visit all around

Helpful visit. Registered  Online. However way too many questions. Took forever to answer and many questions seemed unnecessary

I didn’t check in for an office visit on line  so I had to wait for about an hour to see a doctor.In the future I will check in on line

Staff was great as always.   I made an appointment but it do seem to matter, I waited for 30 minutes past my appointment time.

I scheduled an appointment to have stitches removed from a finger. I was able to get in very shortly after arrival and the physician was very friendly and professional. She removed the sutures quickly. My experience exceeded my expectations ! I would recommend Advanced Urgent Care!
