Scheduling was easy peasy, and over the past week I had to cancel five times due to no ride and they still took me today. The check-in I did online but when I got there they took me right in. The staff is amazing good people skills bedside manner as well as they're so sweet. And my level of care was a 10!

His skill in using the EKG machine and drawing blood was notable, performing both procedures with such precision and care that my mother felt entirely at ease and secure throughout the process. His ability to communicate clearly and explain each step of the procedure, his patience, and his dedication to my mother's comfort were truly impressive. In addition, I'd like to highlight the overall care we received at the urgent care unit. The team was efficient, compassionate, and highly professional. We felt supported and cared for throughout our stay, which is testament to the culture of excellence they have cultivated at the clinic. Had a very positive experience with Urgent Care Ft Collins, even had X-rays done and evaluated the same day.

Friendly, knowledgeable and respectful staff.  They genuinely care about your wellbeing.  I also like that I could schedule and check in via the online app.  Very convenient!

Making an appointment was very easy over the phone. I explained the reason for my visit, was not advise that Xray technician would not be available. At the appointment day checking in was easy, explained the reason for the visit, was not notified that Xray technician not at the location. Getting an exam in the private room was nice, the care provider started the exam from feet going up to my head- should be the other way around? Then I find out that Xray technician is not available. Doing all the work and finding time - felt like a wasted it all. I could go to a location with a Xray technician to complete my visit and save personal time. I am disappointed.

I had two test kits to get blood drawn for- the whole process was quick and thorough and despite a lifetime of difficulty finding my vein- Shannon had absolutely no trouble whatsoever.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
