So amazing these caring souls that work here! I came in last minute with my daughter and in the kerfuffle of illness and getting her there on time we forgot her ID. The appointment I had originally was at 6:30 and they close at 7. We didn’t get back there with the ID until 6:50. The angel at the front desk called me to see if I was still coming! They helped us thoroughly, thoughtfully and with incredible kindness. Thank you immensely.

Always have a good experience at this urgent care. Have been to others in the area, and they do not compare with professionalism and care received. I always feel taken care of when I come here. Zero complaints.

I came in because I was experiencing congestion and a cough. I did not have an appointment but was able to see a doctor within 15 minutes. The front office staff was friendly and efficient, as was the PA. The doctor was amazing! She asked for pertinent info and addressed all my questions and concerns. I especially appreciate that she made direct eye contact when we spoke and really listened to my concerns. I felt she truly cared and considered what I shared. GREAT EXPERIENCE AND FIRST IMPRESSION!

Appointment could not have gone any better. Great service and in and out in under 15 minutes with a prescription called into my local pharmacy.

I rebooked my appointment online with easy access, and waiting time was short, from the receptionist, nurse, and doctor were super kind and effective. Clinic was spotless clean, very well maintained. I just dropped in and the staff were very friendly and efficient and the facility was very clean. The medical assistant and doctor has d great bedside manner. I was in and out within an hour. I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
