I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. The care was amazing from the guy who checked us in to Dr. Al, but the X-ray tech today telling my 5 year old to lie down and not move “or he will hold her head down” didn’t work for me. Being in the medical field, I can tell you that’s never ok. Especially with pediatrics who are already terrified. He was rude, unprofessional and must have forgotten he was dealing with a CHILD. I would give him a 1/5 and everyone else a 5/5.
