There was only one doctor on staff and that caused the long wait.

Woke up for third day in a row and was feeling terrible, sinus pressure, coughing and fever. I called office and I was able to get in to see a Dr within the hour. I was greeted by friendly staff and I was in and out within 45 mins with a nebulizer treatment that they administered. I love the staff and doctors they have. They are thorough and caring. I highly recommend this clinic.

This is an excellent urgent care facility. The staff were professional, polite, considerate and compassionate. Wait time was minimal despite being busy. Scheduling an appointment was very helpful. Very clean facility. Thorough exam and knowledgeable medical professionals. Check-in/check-out was efficient and seamless.

My concern was for safety reason child there throw up parents told front lady she didn’t get up after 10 min came put something on the floor the child was touching every chair my question is they clean everything after patient leave and the front staff clean the vomiting after 1 hour. I had a 5:15 appointment and when I checked in I was not told that the office was 90 minutes behind. I waited till 6pm and when asked I was told I was next. The next person taken was a walk in that arrived after me. I then waited until 6:50 to be taken back. Didn't leave until 7 pm. A two hour appointment with reservations is unacceptable especially since I was not told. My app was a follow up and I would have rescheduled given the information of the long wait. Better communication would be appreciated

This was for school forms for physical and TB screening. The staff made the process smooth and easy, and printed out the needed documents.

Scheduling needs improvement. A full fledged desktop or pen and paper option is needed. When cold and flu symptoms are there and you are coughing, some of us patients are not comfortable using phones or those tablets that are there, wherein on cannot even sit when entering information. That is the most inconvenient part. Please do something.

I was there for my DOT exam, however, the entire staff were quite respectful. I took me a reasonable amount of time to complete the whole process. It is my to go to clinic.
