I had a allergic reaction and my top lip was really swollen. My experience was great, from check in to speaking with the nurse. I felt the nurse was a straight shooter as if I was talking to a friend. The lady who checked me in after I showed her my lips because I had my mask on, she was prepared once the nurse was done speaking with me. I really appreciate the both of them and I am doing better. I was pretty sure I had a UTI so was at Medella right after they opened on a Saturday morning. I was only the second patient and was in and out of there in less than an hour. I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
