Exceptional experience from check in to nurse to doctor exam!

Had a backache and my urine was cloudy so I went turns out I had a uti infection they gave me antibiotics visit was good pa was very nice.

I went on line and I was able to easily book an appointment they were attentive to my concerns  Dr Patel was and amazing help and I really liked her very much  I am glad Airmont urgent care is there for me. They are a great medical facility  Thank you !

The staff, from person at the check in, to the nurse practitioner, to the doctor we are kind and attentive. I never felt rushed or brushed off. I was attended to in a timely manner, and out as soon as possible. I observed them treating all the other people who were before and after me with the same respect, kindness, and swift attention. This DOCS location saved me from having to wait for days for an appointment elsewhere. I was quickly diagnosed with strep, prescribed an antibiotic and I’m now on the road to recovery.  Fantastic!!  One suggestion- the chairs in the waiting room should be cleaned. I didn’t even want to sit in them!

I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

Sunday evening developed a sore throat & a runny nose, thought it was allergies. Wednesday came took my temperature it was 102, awhile later I took it again it was 103 at time I decide to go to my nearest Urgent Care. Got there every one I met was so polite. Met with Alexa Klapach, PA the results were I had Strep Throat sure glad it wasn't Covid again. I was so satisfied with service & Care I would recommend American Family Care to family & friends. .

When I went there it wasn't full at the time but I got through really fast. The front desk associate was very polite and she understood my reasons for being there. Nice clean environment and I'd definitely recommend here. Thank you.

Cut myself this morning headed over and got two stitches. The staff and the PA were so super nice! They made having to come here and get stitches. Much easier!

Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

I am so very pleased with the level of care from reception, incoming nurse, nurse practitioner and x-ray tech. They were all kind and understanding to a very sick senior citizen. I am blessed to have such high quality Urgent Care in Smithtown. Thank you all.
