When an office opens at 9am and you are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to your visit and the office staff has you waiting outside in the cold I wonder why did I arrive on time?   The staff was watching  myself and another patient standing in the cold outside until that  9 AM time arrived !  Maybe they should consider the sick patients outside in the cold !!!

Scheduled a last minute appointment. The front desk staff and medical team were extremely professional, quick and efficient. I felt taken care of. Highly recommend!

I was able to easily schedule an appointment online on the day I needed to see a doctor. I was in and out of the Dr’s office in literally 20 minutes with a prescription sent to my pharmacy right away! Twenty four hours later and I’m feeling so much better! Highly recommend!

Was able to book a time slot on a Sunday. Not every place is open on a Sunday, but this place was! Quick and efficient service. Place is very clean. Only downfall is that there is a restroom in the waiting area for employees only. Would be nice to have it available for us patients!

I got 7 emails and texts confirming my appt The unnecessary application is endless. I have been here at least one dozen times and still must present my health ins cards. And i have medicare and emblem. An enormous bill appeared next after the appt!!!!!!!! WHY????? The phone call is long and takes many turns to get through to a person.  Left a message and called three hours later, as no one called me back Lovely PA but computer issues are ancient

Dr. Laddis is the man. We also see him for urgi care matters regarding my daughter and she absolutely adores him. In my opinion, kids have the best gage for good people and Dr Laddis is definitely one of them. We love the entire staff and ALWAYS appreciate you guys ❤️

The doctor who attended to me demonstrated an impeccable bedside manner and took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment, making me feel completely at ease. I was a walk-in and a new patient so my wait time was mainly filling out the online registration. Once that was done, the wait time was brief. An assistant checked my vitals. The blood pressure unit was new and electronic. Many doctors still have old manual versions. The facility was one of the nicest, cleanest and modern that I've seen. The doctor was very approachable and listened well. My diagnosis was relatively simple but I wanted to check that nothing else was going on and she gave me good information. I will be using them again.
