I got 7 emails and texts confirming my appt The unnecessary application is endless. I have been here at least one dozen times and still must present my health ins cards. And i have medicare and emblem. An enormous bill appeared next after the appt!!!!!!!! WHY????? The phone call is long and takes many turns to get through to a person.  Left a message and called three hours later, as no one called me back Lovely PA but computer issues are ancient

Staff was friendly and helpful. Doctor got right down to business. Very forward and to the point without being harsh or blunt, and still a funny guy. Honestly a stand up clinic.

This isn't my first visit to this establishment, and I keep returning because of their outstanding policies and the exceptional quality of care. Woke up and my hand was in severe pain.  Definitely needed urgent care. Awesome staff. Hadi and Tee were polite, helpful and respectful.  Wait time was quick. Would recommend to anyone anytime.

The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much it’s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.

Easy Checking In, Friendly Staff, little to no waiting time. Love the apps too, you can see how many is ahead of you aka “waitlist” love the experience. Definitely will come again when there’s urgent care needed.

Since I was presenting with a sore throat and fever, and I was prescribed doxycycline, I’m surprised that nobody even looked in my throat to see if there were signs of a bacterial infection. Isn’t that standard procedure? In addition, I informed the medical technician that I was taking Cialis for BPH. I was prescribed cough medicine that is contraindicated for an enlarged prostate.

Was experiencing dizziness and nausea and booked an appointment immediately was seen as soon as I arrived and was diagnosed and proscribed meds in less than 20 minutes. Will definetly use them again

I walked in and the receptionist was very helpful she helped me with everything with my work comp ins claim. All the staff was very friendly and helpful and professional.  I would recommend Alexa she was great had a great bedside manner
