Was pleasantly surprised to have access to a preventative annual physical exam with very little advance notice.  Staff at every stage very professional.

Everyone is friendly and helpful, from the receptionist to the nurses to the provider. Attentive doctors that listen to concerns and provide detailed and helpful information. They take both physical and mental health into consideration.

Scheduling was super easy. The wait was a bit longer than anticipated but once I got in Charity was excellent. I felt like she listened to my concerns and provided me with excellent care.

They followed through on all the basic health care tests and questions. Listened to my concerns and helped me determine the best medical care and medication I need to feel better.

Another great visit with Dr. Marshall. Time and time again Dr. Marshall comes through with a fantastic communication style, truly explaining what the problem is  and what will happen. And it’s also very evident that he cares about being a great doctor and getting great results for the patients. One of the only doctors I’ve ever met that truly bridges the gap between clinical and caring.

Dr Wilcox and the staff were very nice and helpful. 10/10

I had to visit the clinic on a Sunday morning and received very friendly and compassionate care from all of the staff, especially Jessica Paulson P.A. There was very little wait time and I felt as though everyone genuinely cared for my wellbeing. Would recommend to anyone needing urgent care services.

I do not normally write reviews of any sort, good or bad. However, our experience being here HAD to be recognized. I dont think I have ever come across this level of care. It was STELLAR. My 17 yo daughter had been really unwell with a really bad head cold and really really uncomfortable throat and tonsils. Ran all the usuals, and not so usuals, and everything determined to be viral. Noticing how truly upset and uncomfortable she was, they did not stop there. Dr Gordon and his staff made sure she was at least going to feel better real soon. I could not be happier with the presence of focus, attention and bedside manner this Dr and staff showed us. KUDOS! You guys are true standouts to treatment above and beyond. Thank you.

Team here are always welcoming and helpful. Booking an appt online is very easy and they accept walk-ins! They always go above and beyond,highly recommend this urgent care!! The provider Palanca  is one of a kind.
