Sorry to say my Rx was not called into my pharmacy and the North Haven phone number on the invoice and on line is not a working number???? How do I get the Rx that I need???

Staff was exceptional, and professional. From the Medical Assistant to the Primary Care Physician all took the time to listen and address my concerns. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Everyone is friendly and helpful, from the receptionist to the nurses to the provider. Attentive doctors that listen to concerns and provide detailed and helpful information. They take both physical and mental health into consideration.

Cory was amazing. My only major concern was that I identified that my daughter had a medication allergy and the APRN who saw us prescribed the one she was allergic to (which I picked up at the pharmacy and paid for) and I had to call back and get a different one. If they document allergies, that should not be ignored when prescribing.

Everybody was wonderful. I wish I knew their names. I can’t remember they took me right in and they were very pleasant. My blood pressure was up so she made sure she took it again. I highly recommend them.

Dr Wilcox and the staff were very nice and helpful. 10/10

Super easy to schedule an appt - friendly staff got me in and out

I went through the walk in. It was very easy. I was in and out of there within maybe 20 minutes. I was ordered medication and hopefully I’ll be feeling much better in a couple of days! I would definitely recommend their services.

Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.
