I was very happy when Ashley walked into the exam room! I've seen her during past visits. She is attentive, listens, asks me questions and her concern is genuine and appreciated.

I needed my physical done or else i wouldn’t be able to go back to work and i was able to schedule an appointment for same day. I never been there before but before i went in, i pre filled out paper work. When I got there, I didn’t even have to wait, they took me right in at my scheduled time and i was out in less then 25 minutes!

PA was attentive and explained what he was going to do and what to expect. He had a good bedside manner

This is the only place i go they are wonderful and very caring thank you 🙏

Had a hard time making an appointment… most likely a result of high volume illness and New Years Eve/Day. Check in  easy Staff friendly, helpful

I was treated very nicely but condition did not improve after trying what was suggested so ended up at hospital Tuesday PM. I was treated at Peconic Bay Hospital and if you want to see what was really wrong you can look at my records there. I don't know how to rate quality of care at your place?

I’ve been coming to the same urgent care for years and they’re always a great help however, I was told that my information is not in the system so I had to fill out paperwork like I was brand new. I just hope that you guys didn’t get hacked.

It was quick and easy in and out  staff was great  care was great  check in and scheduling was easy  everyone was attentive  the provider listened to you and was hands on they make you feel very comfortable  it feels very welcoming  I will go back anytime and definitely recommend

From the front office staff, the nurse, and the Nurse Practitioner, I have the utmost respect, and am grateful for you. I was presenting with some respiratory concerns, and they made me feel safe, and gave me a sound mind. Thank you again.

I was greeted by two lovely ladies as soon as I walked in, very pleasant and only waited ten minutes to be seen. P.A. Patel was kind, thoughtful, and caring. I feel better already after his treatment plan!
