Armando demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and empathy throughout the process. His skill in using the EKG machine and drawing blood was notable, performing both procedures with such precision and care that my mother felt entirely at ease and secure throughout the process. His ability to communicate clearly and explain each step of the procedure, his patience, and his dedication to my mother's comfort were truly impressive. In addition, I'd like to highlight the overall care we received at the urgent care unit. The team was efficient, compassionate, and highly professional. We felt supported and cared for throughout our stay, which is testament to the culture of excellence they have cultivated at the clinic. I came in and was taken right back and was impressed with all of the staff  The facility was amazing and I felt like I was in a hospital.

Scheduling and change is easy. All staff are friendly and explain everything with patience. Physician is professional and experienced. Highly recommend!

Grandson needed an EKG, suggested by his doctor at Children's Hospital in Aurora, so we stopped by to have it done. My phone was zero percent charged, so we were walk-ins. It took maybe 10-12 minutes to be seen by the nursing staff. She was great to Bryan and then the Nurse Practitioner came in and was just as great to my grandson, while providing the necessary care.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

Excellent customer service. Knowledgeably answered all questions. Appointment and billing were fast. Testing next day was on time and professional. Results available within 24 hours. Highly recommend.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
