His skill in using the EKG machine and drawing blood was notable, performing both procedures with such precision and care that my mother felt entirely at ease and secure throughout the process. His ability to communicate clearly and explain each step of the procedure, his patience, and his dedication to my mother's comfort were truly impressive. In addition, I'd like to highlight the overall care we received at the urgent care unit. The team was efficient, compassionate, and highly professional. We felt supported and cared for throughout our stay, which is testament to the culture of excellence they have cultivated at the clinic. Dr. Kenneth Farrell saw my for a lingering cough. He said he was prescribing a steroid for the cough, and when I asked if I could have cough medicine he said he would give promethazine. When I went to pick up my prescription, there was no steroid. Also, his bedside manner was off-putting.

Scheduling was easy peasy, and over the past week I had to cancel five times due to no ride and they still took me today. The check-in I did online but when I got there they took me right in. The staff is amazing good people skills bedside manner as well as they're so sweet. And my level of care was a 10!

All employees/ medical staff were kind and professional. The physician was thorough in her evaluation and treatment. Marlo was fantastic.

I had two test kits to get blood drawn for- the whole process was quick and thorough and despite a lifetime of difficulty finding my vein- Shannon had absolutely no trouble whatsoever.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

I highly recommend for anyone thinking of getting tested. From start to finish the whole process was hassle free and and very professional. I had my results very quickly and discreetly couldn't be happier with the service.
