I just dropped in and the staff were very friendly and efficient and the facility was very clean. The medical assistant and doctor has d great bedside manner. I was in and out within an hour. I was referred to "AME" Medical Group Urgent Care by my health insurance provider member services representative, since my primary care physician wasn't able to set an office visit for me until sometime in Jan. 2025 (more than a month long wait). I was able to do a same day walk-in appointment at "AME" within an hour of calling their medical office to check their office hours. Aleta had me do a quick self check-in via solvhealth app. Dr. Khanlou was great! He asked a few questions regarding my health issue and made a diagnosis and ordered the medications I needed immediately and arranged for me to pick up the Rx's at my preferred neighborhood pharmacy. I highly recommend Dr. Khanlou. He is very nice and provides the best patient care!

I was able to be seen right away. The attendant, Alejandra, was amazing and was able to get me seen immediately by a physician. The doctor was very helpful at informing me about medications and writing a prescription for my allergies. The doctor also listed to other concerns and gave good advice.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
