Scheduling online was easy (and really a good way to go as they were really busy on a Sunday with a bug going around our area). A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

I felt bad all day and thought I would be able to shrug it off but decided to go in right after dinner. The receptionist was very kind and welcoming and got me checked in quickly, the triage nurse was very attentive and listened to my symptoms, and the NP, Justin, spent a good amount of time following my symptoms and listening to heart and lungs and ears.  They treated me with great care. I highly recommend.
