I did the online scheduling and walked in too my appointment like they was ready for me..got in Dr already remember me and got me right in and right out

My experience was decent except Yolonda at the desk for check in. She was rude, snappy, and unprofessional. I complained about her time with me and she told me to just pay and move on. I continued to say she was being unnecessarily unkind and she said she didn’t have to be kind and that her being snappy was not a problem because I didn’t know what she might be going through. She infuriated me and when I asked for upper management she told me to Google the number and would not provide it. I plan to escalate the matter.

I felt comfortable and the service was awesome! NP Eugene and his staff treated me with the utmost care.
