I had such a great experience at AFC Urgent Care! I called this morning to confirm that they accepted my insurance, and I was so relieved to hear that they did. It has been incredibly difficult finding a healthcare provider that accepts my coverage, so hearing that was already a huge relief. The front desk staff was extremely kind and helpful over the phone, which made a great first impression. Scheduling couldn’t have been easier since I was able to walk in the same day without an appointment. When I arrived, it wasn’t busy at all, and the check-in process was quick, simple, and completely hassle-free. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and professional. What I appreciated most was how comfortable they made me feel and how attentive they were to my concerns. They took the time to listen and address my needs without making me feel rushed or dismissed. Finding healthcare can already be stressful, especially when dealing with insurance limitations, but the entire team made my experience so much easier. It’s refreshing to find a place where the staff is genuinely kind, the process is convenient, and the care is attentive. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for a positive, stress-free urgent care experience. Thank you to the AFC team for making my visit such a pleasant one! Check in process was fast and easy , PA Laura was absolutely amazing! She did a small procedure on my sons left foot and was so patient and kind, thanks to the staff for helping make it go smoothly for my son!

My son was complaining of pain in this ear and he never complains unless he is really feeling bad. I love this Just 4Kids Urget care were  able to take him in as soon as possible without an appointment made. The staff and nurse there are always so friendly and the nurse explains everything so well!

My baby wasn’t feeling good and I was able to easily book an appointment for him. The entire staff was so nice and welcoming. They handled him with care and was very patient getting his vitals and checking him out. I would definitely recommend coming here to get taken care of.

My son had a swollen eye and he said it was hurting ,so I scheduled an appointment it was very easy to do. Very quick service and I was very pleased with how everything went,and I will be going back for my family medical care in the future.  Thanks and I will be recommending you to others

Quick and easy scheduling even while sick. Same with check in & being seen by dr. Staff is always friendly and caring. Dr listened to all my symptoms and concerns. Would always definitely use this clinic.

Went in to get seen for uti.Appointment time was in about 1 hour from phone call.Everyone was polite and considerate. DR Beene was kind and very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to go back or recommend to others.

Everything went well on the visit but I had to leave early prior to getting test results. I was advised I would be called with the results but that never happened. I tried calling back multiple times that day and no answer. Even left a voicemail and I didn't get a call back. Was only left to assume my child was fine and all test passed since no follow up was made
