The whole team made everything so easy! From check in to the nurse to the PA everyone was so friendly and helpful

My baby wasn’t feeling good and I was able to easily book an appointment for him. The entire staff was so nice and welcoming. They handled him with care and was very patient getting his vitals and checking him out. I would definitely recommend coming here to get taken care of.

The front desk staff was extremely kind and helpful over the phone, which made a great first impression. Scheduling couldn’t have been easier since I was able to walk in the same day without an appointment. When I arrived, it wasn’t busy at all, and the check-in process was quick, simple, and completely hassle-free. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and professional. What I appreciated most was how comfortable they made me feel and how attentive they were to my concerns. They took the time to listen and address my needs without making me feel rushed or dismissed. I needed to get a Covid Antigen test to return to work. Alexis & Norma were caring and quick. I will definitely come back in the future for other testing.

I usually have a real positive experience at your facility. But this time it was not as much so. I still left with pain and nothing really to help. The only positive thing was he told me what the problem was. I do have an appointment with my orthopedic doctor tomorrow. I do appreciate having the insight as to what the problem was.

Everything went well on the visit but I had to leave early prior to getting test results. I was advised I would be called with the results but that never happened. I tried calling back multiple times that day and no answer. Even left a voicemail and I didn't get a call back. Was only left to assume my child was fine and all test passed since no follow up was made
