Upon receiving instruction to get a physical and pre-screen drug test done and where to get it done was lingering in my thoughts for a few hours, nevertheless, I played on my braveness and decided to make a move. When I arrived, there were three staff there. They took great interest in filling me in from the check-in point to the completion of my visit. All around excellent initial and follow up appointments at DOCS East Haven. Staff are kind, friendly, and proficient. The medical professional who treated me was extremely competent, thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I will be using DOCS East Haven for any future urgent care needs. I was very pleased with the care provided and no complaint about any part of the process. Even the parking lot is big and right in front of door to DOCS on first floor. I highly recommend this medical urgent care facility without hesitation.

I wanted to check for pink eye. I was okay until I had to be looked at through a telehealth video screen. I could have done this at home and saved $55. I have telehealth through my insurance. I am disappointed!
