DR, TAKANO TREATED ME FOR THE LARGE CUT IN MY LEG THAT I CUT WITH MY CHAIN SAW. SHE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. SHE WAS VERY POSITIVE AND ASSURED ME I WAS GOING TO BE ALRIGHT. SHE ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND MADE ME FEEL GOOD. WHEN SHE PUT IN THE MULTIPLE STITCHES I DID NOT FEEL A THING. SHE IS A GREAT DOCTOR. I AM VERY GRATEFUL TO HER AND HER POSITIVE ATTITUDE. The staff and doctor's at United Urgent Care were exceptional. They were considerate of my needs and symptoms and ensured that I received the appropriate treatment. Besides the competent staff and doctors, the office is incredibly clean and well-kept. It is reflective of the experience I had there and I would recommend this office to anyone who is in urgent need of medical care.

Overall I had a decent experience here. The people are awesome except that one guy at check-in. I owe a lot to these doctors sending me on referral. I have been to the County Hospital in San Bernardino in the past and i have waited hours to be seen...(so, maybe my standards are different). It took approximately an hour in Urgent Care. Not terrible.
