The ladies in the front checking people in seemed like they didn’t want to be there especially the blonde. She seemed to have a bad attitude when spoken to. The dr Mrs. Ketchersid was amazing. I would most def recommend her.

Excellent staff, friendly and patiently explain everything.

Office staff was too busy talking on the phone to check me in for an appt.   When she did talk, she was alternating between her phone conversation and me.  VERY rude.    Nurse had no bedside manner whatsoever.    PA was great

I usually have a real positive experience at your facility. But this time it was not as much so. I still left with pain and nothing really to help. The only positive thing was he told me what the problem was. I do have an appointment with my orthopedic doctor tomorrow. I do appreciate having the insight as to what the problem was.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
