          I made an appointment this morning to follow up on a medication I’ve been taking.  I’ve been experiencing some side effects so just wanted confirmation all was normal and ok to take the full amount until my issue is resolved.           Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

          The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much it’s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.

          I went first appointment in the am for preop testing  I was called in and quickly given all tests  They said would be sent to my doctor . I had to call three times as they never sent the test results as indicated. The follow up was poor I called after being left a message to call the doctor to call me with results I called three times and was never called

          Walked in and greeted nicely  Had to go online to fill out forms which was pretty easy …. wait not too long  …… everyone was nice and friendly and answered any questions I had …., the nurse practitioner was very competent  would definitely recommend this urgent care
