Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

I went on line and I was able to easily book an appointment they were attentive to my concerns  Dr Patel was and amazing help and I really liked her very much  I am glad Airmont urgent care is there for me. They are a great medical facility  Thank you !

Sunday evening developed a sore throat & a runny nose, thought it was allergies. Wednesday came took my temperature it was 102, awhile later I took it again it was 103 at time I decide to go to my nearest Urgent Care. Got there every one I met was so polite. Met with Alexa Klapach, PA the results were I had Strep Throat sure glad it wasn't Covid again. I was so satisfied with service & Care I would recommend American Family Care to family & friends. .

Cool, Calm and Welcoming environment   Staff made me feel very comfortable especially when I had a fever and sore throat with heavy aches in my body  in this extraordinary heat . Woke up feeling out of. Looked up my nearest urgent care and this location fit the bill. I got there and was able to check in in no time. I was seen within my first ten minutes there. I got a Prescription and was out of there within 30 mins. Definitely an efficient practice and  the staff has amazing bedside manner and customer service. I felt catered to and comfortable.

I love it that I don't need an appt to see a doctor. My experience with this site has been very positive. I have been going there for a couple of years and I have no complaints. The MA who took my vitals was so gentle and sweet. You definitely need that treatment when you are not feeling well.
