The physician was easy to work with and attentively listened to my concerns and addressed the symptoms I was experiencing. Amazing Urgent care! I went today after I fell and hurt my shoulder and hand. I was seen right away by Dianne who took my vitals, list of my meds, and listened to what happened. She later did my XRays. She is so kind and competent. I couldn't get my medals off due to shoulder pain, she took care of that all the while being so friendly, funny and down to earth. I saw Dr. Wison before and after my XRay. He is amazing at his job. He examined my shoulder and hand to see what I was capable of doing, wrote up the order for the XRays and then explained everything to me in a clear and patient manner. The man at the front desk (didnt catch his name) was also very efficient and friendly. I highly recommend AFC Urgent Care in Norwood. This is by far the best experience I've had at an urgent care!

When you first walk you are welcomed by a very caring staff from the receptionist to the provider. Even over the phone they are especially kind and understanding. Thank you physicianone!

I am always appreciative of the connivence this office offers.   Today I had a gentleman doctor and I thought although very upbeat and friendly, I was uncomfortable with the religious questions.  I personally believe there is a time and place, at this appointment was not it.  One, I didn’t feel well and the appointment should have stayed about that.  Two, he is  unaware of my circumstances and that was not the place.  I heard how he had converted, he asked me if I did, and it was very uncomfortable because again he had no idea of my circumstances A suggestion to possibly keep the appointment chatter on a lighter note. People coming in don’t feel well to begin with, any kind of heavy conversation may lead to some awkwardness (and it absolutely did).   Faith, and religion should be off the table for light conversation   Thank you.
