When I arrived, there were three staff there. They took great interest in filling me in from the check-in point to the completion of my visit. Knew I had to be seen for a sinus infection.  I booked an appt for first thing in the morning on Saturday. Online checkin for insurance and ID was a breeze. Arrived Saturday, greeted by Mahalia, who was pleasant, welcoming, and professional.  I was taken in the room by Desiree, she was knowledgeable and cheery. The whole appt was less than 45 mins ! Great establishment ! Caring people! Very efficient!

I had to book a preop physical and was able to get an appointment right away. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Was misdiagnosed with pharyngitis when I had a strep throat, swollen glands. Could not swallow because throat was so sore. Returned two days later and was diagnosed with covid and was given script for paxlovid and was not told to stop taking coumadin. Two days later went to another provider and was given penicillin for strep throat. Two days later went to ER with internal bleeding.

Scheduling was super easy. The wait was a bit longer than anticipated but once I got in Charity was excellent. I felt like she listened to my concerns and provided me with excellent care.

Wen to get my immigration medical done and they staff was super friendly and kind .customer service all round was excellent. Place was clean and tidy might consider using them for my primary care
