          I had a great experience at this urgent care. The staff was professional, friendly, and very efficient from the moment I walked in. The check-in process was quick, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The provider took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan. The facility was clean and well organized, which made the whole visit even better.           I had an infection in my finger they put me on an antibiotic… The staff was so friendly and the surroundings were very clean and orderly. I felt like I got good care there.

          Staff was great and took us in immediately in a holiday weekend.  This was the only facility we found open and was well worth the 15 minute drive.   Convenient location and outstanding staff that was caring and very responsive.  Highly recommend!!

          Came in for an ear infecfion they said they would prescribe me ear drops and they would’ve been ready to pick up at the pharmacy within the hour. They never sent in the prescription so I was in pain. I had to call them multiple times the next morning to ask them to fill them prescription, I’m assuming they forgot. Should have been sent in after my visit like they said they would.
