Doctor blew off everything I said , wasted 250$ For visit to get 20$ mouth wash . Would not recommend… staff was amazing. Still have the same issue with no end in sight. The doctor just tries to get through as many people as possible it’s all about the money but the people again like the tech the nurse the front receptionist were amazing. The doctor couldn’t care less didn’t even look at the issue literally sat in his chair and talked the whole time for about four minutes I would not recommend going here if you really have an issue. When I went in for the appointment, I was greeted by friendly smiles. Front staff was awesome. They were very helpful and communicated very well about my paperwork. I had literally zero wait time in the lobby, as well as in the exam room after the physicians assistant took vitals, etc. The physician came in just a minute ir two after her assistant left. My physician was very thorough and informative during the exam. She ordered PT, x-rays, and even told me that massages for my back issue were available. Overall 5 star treatment, cleanliness, attitudes, friendliness, and atmosphere. I would recommend this Multicare to anyone needing to see a doctor in an urgent care situation.
