I’m actually a healthcare provider and the protocol for what I was seeking was not performed. It defeated the purpose of the visit. I wasted time and money.

Second time here great experience both times.

Everything about this clinic is great, except the wait time. I am not talking about scheduling and check in. With nobody in waitlist ahead of us, we are prepared to be there 1:45 to 2:00 hrs. This is the third time it happens now. We still come back because they are great but it does take a long time.

Love this location and the doctor my daughter saw was the best!!!! Listened to all of my concerns and gave her what was needed…. 10/10

This is my go to Urgent Care for my kiddos. They are always helpful and very fast. Even on weekends! I've been here several times and have never incurred a problem.

Dr. Rose was professional, quick, attenative and kind. Dr. Rose made up for the long with the long time with her great bedside manner. I defintely recommend Dr. Rose.

I went in without a reservation and was there when the opened up at 8:00 am. They took me in and registered me quickly, I was seen very soon after, and there turned out to be no sign of strep. I was very competently helped. Alex was absolutely great. She was personable and very knowledgeable with great suggestions on strategy for curing my very bad cold, including the right medicines and strategies for taking them. I was so impressed that, if I have another need to see a doctor I would go there instead of trying to secure an appointment with my GP at Methodist Hospital. I am sure I will be back at some point and I would definitely make a reservation to go when Alex was there. I recommend this health care option.
