I have used Urgent Care on Pierce St. several times. Scheduling online is so easy. The wait time is minimal. Today I was seen within 5 minutes of entering the clinic! The staff is wonderful.  I have always been treated with respect, professionalism, but also kindness and compassion. I certainly recommend this facility.

Wanted to get checked before work the next day. Process was easy and waited less than 5 minutes. Very clean facility and staff was great!

I was a walk in. The check in though was a hassle. You register on an epad and then you have to use your phone to finish the process. My phone was not compatible with their wifi, a process I really don't like since there's human being in front of me that could perfectly do it. Too much reliance on technology is off putting. An older person will find this very complicated and unnecessary.
