This isn't my first visit to this establishment, and I keep returning because of their outstanding policies and the exceptional quality of care. The doctor who attended to me demonstrated an impeccable bedside manner and took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment, making me feel completely at ease. I was greeted by two lovely ladies as soon as I walked in, very pleasant and only waited ten minutes to be seen. P.A. Patel was kind, thoughtful, and caring. I feel better already after his treatment plan!

Just quite quick and not super thorough analysis of my symptoms and just threw antibiotics at it, when it had all the hallmarks of a viral infection. Didn’t seem to have deeply considered all the symptoms and what it could be (ex: bacterial infections don’t typically cause yo-yo fevers like the one that I have; those are much more common with viral infections, yet he still said I should take antibiotics). No shade on the PA, as he seemed nice enough, it’s just that he didn’t seem to really critically engage with the issue or give me much more than about 20 seconds of “throat red, take antibiotics” (even with a negative strep). The PA the other day was much more thoughtful; listen to heart, listen to lungs, look at ears… Overall, I really appreciate how clean and quick and organize the offices. It’s just this follow up visit did not inspire confidence in this PA or really add much value to my figuring out how to get better

Scheduled a last minute appointment. The front desk staff and medical team were extremely professional, quick and efficient. I felt taken care of. Highly recommend!
