Great customer service!!!! And the staff was very friendly

had a leg injury and needed x rays.  appointment was easily made on line.  i was seen quickly and all staff were friendly, professional and efficient

They told me it would be a 30 minute wait and nobody was in there and they didn’t call me in the room until 50 minutes later but still it was great

They were great they listened questions answered questions and I would definitely use them again

Staff was amazing - Dr Megan was especially phenomenal and extremely helpful / caring. I wish I could plan my sporadic urgent care visits around her schedule!

The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much it’s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.

It was an easy sign in process with friendly staff and was in and out quickly without having to wait long to get check. Thank you.

Had a scheduled appointment for a blood draw. Excellent quality of care. The lady who took my blood was extremely gentle and the doctor was a sweetheart. Also the folks at the front desk were very kind and considerate. Would come back here for sure.

PA that took care of me did a marvelous job and so did the young lady that took the x-rays and so did the young lady at the front desk? I have no complaints. God bless them and they get a 20 from me.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

The doc was very knowledgeable, personable and professional.  You have a very good team there; I say that in comparison to other clinics I have been to in the past.  Thank you.

Follow up from last week. Cold symptoms. Became sinus infection. Dr Wolfson is the best. Her and the complete staff is the best. Outstanding customer care across the board.
