Fell & landed on left hand.Pain was excruciating so went for X-rays. Was taken with 5 mins. Have brace on hand & wrist - waiting for radiologist to read X-ray. Right know we all feel it is badly bruised - praying that it isn't broken. Highly recommend. Very nice personnel that seriously cared about me. Place is extremely clean.

The staff is wonderful - the Dr took his time to listen and was very helpful.

Had to get a booster tetanus shot and staff was very courteous. Nurses and doctors are great as well.

Everyone was wonderful on my visit.  The only negative thing I would say was the check in process.  You enter your information on an iPad then a paper form then you get a text message to enter the same information.  And I was a repeat customer.

I hate doctors!!!  But this was the best experience ever.  Major infection from poison ivy and an insane and painful full body rash.  The staff and Dr. were great and exceeded my expectations.  I got information and the meds needed to recover (soon hopefully). Also picked up some referrals. A big thank you to this Doc and his crew.  Five Stars!

Quick and easy and got me on the right meds scheduling was easy. Went early but didn’t wait long.  Friendly staff and medicine was ready in an hour for pickup

I had a low grade fever and fatigue over the weekend and walked in on Monday. Waited maybe 5 minutes. Staff was attentive, ran some tests, did a chest x-ray and concluded I had some viral infection. Wrote me an Rx for conjunctivitis, but just told me to rest and drink plenty of fluids, take Ibuprofen every 4 hours, which I have been doing. As of Wednesday morning I still have the chills and fever, so I wish they would have given me a Z pack. I will see how today goes but may need to come back.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

Got stung by several bees and was having an anaphylaxis reaction difficulty breathing and receptionist didn’t seem to be concerned and made me sit and wait in the waiting room for over 5 minutes before I went back up to the window to tell her I was having difficulty breathing and the answer I got was yeah I know she never got up out of her chair to talk to anybody so it was a good seven minutes or so before I was taken back to triage they took me into a room. I sat there for another three or four or five minutes waiting for a doctor to come in. They gave me a steroid injection never gave me any epinephrine to try and help with it. I was covered in a blood red rash my entire stomach and into my groin. They didn’t seem concerned about that. I was swelling, so I basically got a shot of steroids and nebulizer treatment and sent home with an EpiPen and some medicine so I was a little disappointed with how an anaphylactic reaction was treated. I’m in the medical field and I know how it should’ve been treated.

I was able to get an appointment quickly. There was a bit of a wait even with an appointment. But I was glad to be seen the same day as I made the appointment. It’s good to have someone to go too when my PC giver is unavailable.

Allergy season had been wreaking havoc on my system for over a week and I couldn't take anymore when my chest began rattling from all the wheezing. The wait time was under 15 min. Bradley was so patient and attentive. I had a breathing treatment in the office and meds were called in immediately. Would definitely recommend.

Krista and Mary at the front desk were so welcoming and helpful, and Shanon and Cindy took great care of me with kindness and did an excellent job, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
