It's refreshing to see staff dressed professionally. Especially my nurse. She was great!!

I had a wonderful experience. It’s not my first time being there the ladies are welcoming, as well fast pace, wonderful staff.

Scheduling an appointment was easy and I only waited a few minutes to be seen. The dr was very nice but he sounded like he was reading off of a script. I thought I had a sinus infection after he examined me I asked him what thought and he said swollen lymph nodes and inflamed throat super vague. He said I can give you something to help kick this. I said ok great. He rambled off a medication in which  I figured was  an antibiotic. I got to the pharmacy only to find out it was a steroid. Which is FINE. I am all about antibiotic stewardship and not over using and I like his approach I just wish he would have explained to me WHY he was starting with this. I had to ask the pharmacist why I was prescribed a steroid. Again happy with not overly prescribing an antibiotic and trying to get everything to drain first but he really did not explain that and he should have. And he should have said if you don’t feel better after this is done give us a call. Real opportunity missed to educate his patient.

They are very nice professional and kind  The doctor was very knowledgeable and helpful.

This morning I woke up feeling sick. I walked in without an appointment and I was seen right away. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Definitely recommend.

Had a sore throat from throwing up over the weekend along with diarrhea.  Was able to get in the office quickly.   Check in went smoothly.  Office was not crowded. Very clean space.

An excellent visit, but what impressed me the most was the professionalism of medical staff. The blood test was done accurately with very little pain. Last time I had a blood test (another place), they couldn't find a vein (and blamed me), then they jabbed me many times. I had big bruises and pain for months. What a difference going somewhere they know what they're doing

My visit was a really good experience. I was attended to immediately upon arrival. The medical assistant was clear, focused, and asked all the correct questions. Dr. Santana reviewed my condition and prescribed medication. The service received was excellent!

I got 7 emails and texts confirming my appt The unnecessary application is endless. I have been here at least one dozen times and still must present my health ins cards. And i have medicare and emblem. An enormous bill appeared next after the appt!!!!!!!! WHY????? The phone call is long and takes many turns to get through to a person.  Left a message and called three hours later, as no one called me back Lovely PA but computer issues are ancient
