My experience at Urgent Care at Harbor Medical was good. I was unable to get into my PCP, so went to Urgent Care. They were very nice, explained everything carefully and did all they could for me. They sent me to the ER to complete my testing.

From the front desk, right up through the Docs, everyone was caring, knowledgeable,friendly and professional. They made me feel like I mattered.

Very helpful front desk admin! Registered on line so didn’t have to wait. Very clean facility! Attentive nurses and physicians! So much better than circle care in Billerica!

I am so glad that this place is here and you don't have to go to an emergency room in a hospital and wait forever the wait time was expected you know usually there for a couple of hours but that's everything all together I went in with a really bad lung infection and they were so kind and understood all my conditions I want to thank Dr Artemis panogopoulos she treated me so excellent right on point with everything whatever I needed for my condition she said she could do it get my prescription no problem I felt like I was really taken care of and that means a lot to me so I just wanted to put it out there to give her a thumbs up and everybody else was very very good

The wait was about 5-10 minutes. The physician Heather was so thorough and kind. She even called the next day to see how I was feeling. I would definitely recommend. The receptionist was also very friendly. I wish I knew her name.
