So I called, and was on hold for over 15 minutes before someone was able to tell me there were no appointments available on my one day off. So as I sit here waiting my turn, I am hearing the names, birthdates, and reasons for the visit of every person coming in. So much for patient privacy! You can do better than this, Millenium!
