There is a wait but once you get in the care is excellent. Took time to answer questions and go over my care thoroughly. Dr Gross was very pleasant and made the whole experience a very positive one.

I have 2 children that are seen here and at the North Smithfield location. The Dr. and N.P. are awesome. My children have had X-rays and various labs completed. They are always friendly and efficient. I have never had to take my children to the E.R. because I have always been able to get same day appointments. All around these is a great pediatric group and I would highly recommend it any and everyone.

I've had to visit urgent care for various ailments, and every time, I have received compassionate care. They take patients' safety seriously - as an immunocompromised patient, I've always felt secure about the cleanliness of the facility and the sanitary protocols are followed by staff well. Hopefully that won't change now that they've teamed up with UMass; UMass hospitals are a horror show, esp. Memorial in Worc. BIG MRSA problem there but they hide it from the patients!

I have received excellent care here. Very professional and kind staff. Highly recommend.
